    IMPORTANT NOTE: Maxiflex multi-absorbant dressings do not contain superabsorber powders. Sanitary towels and incontinence pads routinely use superabsorber powders which turn to gel on contact with water, naturally if these enter the bloodstream they can present a critical risk.
