The Seca 240 makes precise measuring easy. With a clearly visible marking and large display window, it guarantees mistake-proof readings. The result remains the same even if read from different angles. The simple and stable movement of the rod which is supported by two bearings guarantees a precision of ± 2 millimetres – even when subjected to increased pressure the measuring slide does not bend upwards. Slide resistance can be adjusted variably, thus preventing the measuring slide from slipping. The large head piece (diameter: 160 millimetres) and heel positioner ensure the exact positioning of the patient.
