Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly, Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach, or dry in direct sunlight.
ANKLE SUPPORT:
Indication: Anatomically designed and with no seams, the elastic support will comfortably contour to the shape of your ankle. It provides even compression and support to weakened and injured ankles.
Sizing: Measure slightly bent underneath kneecap.

Application: Slip end of support over foot and possition so that the heel protrudes through the hole at the back of the support.
ANKLE WRAP:
Indication: Anatomically designed and with no seams, the elastic support will comfortably contour to the shape of your ankle. It provides even compression and support to weakened and injured ankles.
Sizing: Measure around foot:

Application: Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of the foot under the arch. Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closer for desired compression. please turn inside out to use on either ankle.
ARM SLING
Indication: Provides support and elevation for arm and wrist related injuries. Reversible for either arm.
Sizing: One size
Application: Place injured arm in the blue pouch and adjust shoulder strap so that the arm is resting in a comfortable position.
ELBOW:
Indication: anatomically designed and with no seams, the elastic support will comfortably contour to the shape of your elbow. It provides even compression and support to weakened and injured elbows.

Application: Slip the narrower end of the support over the hand and slide up over the hand and slide up and over your elbow so that the panel is on the inside of your elbow.
KNEE:
Indication: Anatomically designed and with no seams, the elastic support will comfortably contour to the shape of your knee. It provides even compression and support to weakened and injured knees.
Sizing: Measure slightly bent underneath kneecap.

Application: Slip end of support over foot and slide up and over the knee so that the mid-section of the back panel sits directly behind the back of your knee.
WRIST WRAP
Indication: One size fits most, ambidextrous wrap design with velcro closure allows for a comfortable, adjustable fit/support for weak and injured wrists.
Sizing: One size
Application: Place thumb through the hole and wrap the piece around the outside of your hand/wrist area. Fasten the velcro to secure the wrap. One size fits most.
