For rapid skin cooling in first aid. Simply spray onto the skin from 12-15cm away from the area to be treated. Spray for only 3-4 seconds to provide effective cooling. Do not apply more than twice to the same area. suitable treatment for bumps, bruises and sprains. Can be used in conjunction with an instant cold pack.
