We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you should receive yours within 2-3 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.
If for some reason we have delivered the wrong goods to you, or if they are damaged or defective we will make every effort to sort the problem out.
