From 1st October 2014 the Human Medicines (Amendment no2) regulations allow Schools to keep a Salbutamol inhaler for use in emergencies. 

An authorisation form signed by the Head Teacher or Doctor will need to be completed and sent to us via e-mail - sales@sellesmedical.co.uk or in the post - Selles Medical Ltd, 3-5 Popple Street, Hull, HU9 1LP.  You can download the form by clicking the image below.  Please note this form will need to be completed before we can proceed with an order.
