Emergency Allergy Response

Supplies for managing anaphylaxis in school

Everything UK schools need to respond to severe allergic reactions: adrenaline auto-injectors (AAIs), secure wall-mounted storage, training aids, and complete emergency response kits.

Preparing for Benedict's Law (September 2026)

From September 2026, all schools in England must hold spare adrenaline auto-injectors under the new statutory requirement. The law allows trained staff to administer a spare AAI to any pupil suspected of having an anaphylactic reaction — including pupils without a current prescription.

Spare AAIs are for emergency use only and do not replace pupils' own prescribed devices.

If you need to order against a named-pupil prescription

Please complete our AAI request form with the prescriber details.

What to order

  • One or more adrenaline auto-injectors (EpiPen or Jext)
  • A sealable, clearly labelled wall storage box accessible to trained staff
  • Anaphylaxis training resources for designated staff
  • Record cards to log any emergency use
